Gingerbread latte recipe

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (or 4 shots of espresso)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  1. Combine coffee, molasses and maple syrup in a glass measuring cup and stir to combine.
  2. To froth the milk, place the almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a medium saucepan and heat on medium until warm, but not boiling. Place in a mason jar with a tight fighting lid and shake until frothy and creamy.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture evenly between two large mugs. Top with spiced milk and milk froth.
