Nonna & Oma’s needed a website that reflected the warmth of its story and the sophistication of its boutique retail experience. As a growing culinary brand expanding into Crossgates Mall in Albany and Destiny Mall in Syracuse, they required a digital presence that could support both in-store traffic and e-commerce, clearly communicate their Italian and German roots, highlight premium kitchen brands and local specialty foods, and provide accurate location, hiring, and shopping information.
We designed a retail-forward, story-driven website that balances heart and commerce. The new platform showcases their culinary heritage while clearly organizing specialty foods, kitchen supplies, and featured brands. With clear calls to action for shopping, visiting, and hiring, the site now supports both foot traffic and online sales, giving Nonna & Oma’s a scalable digital foundation as they expand into new locations.
