Challenge

NEF had a large, technical inventory catalog that existed mostly as CSV data, making it hard for customers to search, browse, or request quotes directly from the website. Their aerospace, military, and commercial fastener data needed to be transformed into something searchable, indexable, and useful without creating a manual update burden.

We built a custom inventory and RFQ system that turns 10,000+ CSV records into optimized, searchable product pages. The system syncs nightly with warehouse inventory data, keeps quantities and availability current, and allows customers to submit formal quote requests that trigger structured email notifications to the NEF sales team.
