Permission & Release for Media and Promotional Use
I hereby grant permission to 3tone Digital, its representatives, affiliates, partners, contractors, photographers, videographers, and authorized media personnel to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, name, and appearance in connection with events, meetings, productions, projects, marketing initiatives, creative collaborations, or related activities.

I release and hold harmless 3tone Digital and its representatives, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of these materials, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, or copyright.
If I do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or included in media during a particular activity or interaction, I understand it is my responsibility to notify staff or media personnel at that time.
