Bringing Pamco’s Mission Online

We recently worked with Pamco, a Canadian leader in sexual and reproductive health, to overhaul their website. Pamco has spent more than 25 years connecting people with safer sex and wellness products. They are known for their service to communities, health providers, and educators across Canada.

Pamco needed a website that was easier for customers, nonprofits, and healthcare professionals to use. As a team, we built a 300-page WooCommerce shop with secure payments, clear navigation, and support for both single-item buyers and bulk orders.

Making New Technology Work for Health

Our plan was straightforward. We wanted the site to:

• Show that Pamco is a trustworthy, professional source for sexual health products
• Use a clean design with clear product photos for a safe shopping experience
• Include custom iconography and simple menus so visitors can find any of the 200+ products easily
• Work well on phones, tablets, and computers

The updated site also makes room for future growth and new educational materials. We migrated Pamco’s decades of instruction guides and combined them with new search-optimized content. This helps Pamco stand out as both a retailer and an educator in Canadian sexual wellness.

The Process from Start to Finish

First, we listened to what Pamco’s team and customers needed. During our design process, Reina focused on visuals and page layouts that balance good looks with easy navigation. Tony set up WooCommerce to handle both retail and bulk orders while keeping the site running quickly.

We finished by testing everything on different devices and browsers. This meant Pamco’s new site worked from launch day with no issues.
