As part of our ongoing Latte Learning Tour, 3tone Digital hosted a community event called A Holiday Wellness Brew, bringing together coffee, connection, and practical guidance for navigating the busiest season of the year.
Held at Kaffee House Saratoga, the event was designed to feel relaxed and welcoming. The goal was simple: learn something useful, meet good people, and enjoy a great cup of coffee while doing it.
👉 Watch the event overview:
Featured Speaker: Dr. Karin Hall
The heart of the event was an engaging talk by Dr. Karin Hall, founder of Power of One Health. Karin shared practical, approachable insights around functional wellness, especially as it relates to the holiday season.
Rather than pushing extreme resets or short-term fixes, she focused on:
- Small, realistic changes that actually stick
- Understanding how daily habits affect energy and stress
- Giving yourself permission to make progress without perfection
If you are curious about functional wellness that meets real life where it is, we highly recommend exploring Karin’s work at powerofonehealth.com, which is also a website proudly built by 3tone Digital.
The Space: Designed by Wa’kena Jackson of Host + Gather
The atmosphere mattered just as much as the content. The space was thoughtfully styled by Wa’kena Jackson of Host + Gather, creating an environment that felt warm, intentional, and human.
From layout to flow, the design encouraged conversation and comfort, not rows of chairs and stiff presentation vibes. Host & Gather is all about creating spaces that invite people to slow down and connect, and that energy showed throughout the event.

Coffee Meets Tech: Our Coffee Time Web App
Because this is the Latte Learning Tour, coffee is always part of the story.

At the event, we also highlighted a fun and practical tool we vibecoded: a Coffee Time web app that helps you figure out the best time to have your last cup of coffee based on:
- How much coffee you drink per day
- Your caffeine sensitivity
It is a simple example of how thoughtful tech can support daily habits without guilt or guesswork. It also sparked some great conversations during the event, especially among those who love coffee but also love sleep.

What Is the Latte Learning Tour?
The Latte Learning Tour, powered by lattevida.com, is our way of blending work, learning, networking, and coffee culture into one experience.
We host events, collaborate with local professionals, work from different spaces, and yes, rate the coffee along the way. The goal is to create moments that feel useful, human, and a little more fun than your average networking event.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our collaborators who made the event feel intentional, welcoming, and genuinely useful. More Latte Learning stops are on the way.
